Quick Summary Refund Policy

  • Report damaged/incorrect items: within 7 days.
  • Free exchanges: within 60 days (if defective or wrong item).
  • Returns: No refunds for personalized or custom-made items, within 60 days.
  • Customer pays return shipping (unless error is ours).

✅ How to Start a Return/Exchange

  • Email us at contact@snapsunday.com within the timeframes above.
  • We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  • Ship the item back to the warehouse.

Refund

  • Our refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Please carefully inspect your shipments as soon as you receive them. We will only offer refunds, replacements or exchanges damaged product when requested within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.
  • We do not offer refunds for returned items that are personalized or custom-made.
  • Refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 7 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 60 days of purchase.

Exchanges

  • Any damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of your package delivery date. Received a damaged item? We’ve got you covered and will send out a brand new product free of charge.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Items are not eligible for an exchange due to size or measurement issues, if the shipped item is the same variant/size as you ordered. In case the size/variant issue is due to us, we accept exchange or refund requests.
  • To initiate a return/exchange please email us at contact@snapsunday.com. No merchandise may be returned without prior approval and return authorization number.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the shipping cost.
  • If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Items are not eligible for a refund due to size or measurement issues, if the shipped item is the same variant/size as you ordered. In case the size/variant issue is due to us, we accept refund requests.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
